Strength of Character.
As trees age, they develop growth rings for each year of existence. This process not only gives the wood a distinct color variation, but also makes the wood harder, and more durable due to pressure placed on the material from each year’s growth.
What does this have to do with wood flooring?
Our bourbon wood is nearly a century old. Through the natural aging process and the result of years of exposure to bourbon whiskey fumes it is one of the strongest woods available on the market today and has warmth and character you’ll find nowhere else. |
