Please place your bourbon wood orders in advance. Our expected lead time is 4 - 6 weeks from the date we receive a deposit. A 50% deposit is required before work can begin on your order. When your order is complete, you will be contacted by a service representative to arrange shipment. We require payment in full on the balance due before the bourbon wood order is shipped. The customer is solely responsible for shipping charges. For recommended freight companies, please contact our main office. |

Depending on the grade you choose, antique bourbon wood may contain different characteristics such as knots, nail holes, plugged bolt holes and hairline cracks. Not all of the bourbon wood will have every characteristic listed here
We guarantee the quality of our products. If within 30 days of the ship date, but before installation, you are not completely satisfied with your flooring, return your bourbon wood order in its original condition and packaging, freight prepaid, for replacement or a full refund. This refund and replacement policy is for any product that Old Bourbon Charm, LLC. offers. Old Bourbon Charm, LLC. will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for shipping on materials returned. If returned, freight must be prepaid.
We warranty our products against defects in flooring and workmanship. This warranty will be VOID if our recommendations and standard industry practices are not observed. It will also be void if your flooring is not installed by a wood flooring professional. |
