In the early 1900’s, good ole’ fashioned bourbon was the drink of choice. It reached such popularity that it soon became engrained into the American cultural fabric. There was not an event held without bourbon being served…it raced through America’s blood.
As demand escalated, the construction of whiskey storage facilities to house bourbon became a necessity. These buildings were hand-crafted with Old Growth Heart Pine chosen for its strength to protect from harsh climate changes, as well as its ability to absorb bourbon whiskey fumes. Soon, these facilities littered the countryside of Kentucky. |
